Export Documentation Staff

- Prepare and process export documentation for sea and air shipments, including HBL, MBL, SI, AMS, ACI, ENS, and other related documents.

- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and internal departments regarding shipment and documentation matters.

- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and relevant parties.

- Visit shipping line offices when required to submit LOIs, collect Original Bills of Lading (OBL), and handle documentation-related matters.

- Prepare payment requests for vendors and verify supplier invoices.

- Issue Debit Notes and other billing documents to customers.

- Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with company procedures and operational requirements.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, International Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in Export Documentation or Freight Forwarding.

- Basic English communication and reading skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Candidates who can start work immediately will be given priority.
