Nhân Viên Xuất Khẩu (Sea Operation Staff)

- Handle bookings and documentation; arrange trucking in relation to sea freight activities for both import and export shipments, with a primary focus on sea export.

- Verify and manage data related to debit notes, freight, and local charges; prepare monthly financial statements.

- Perform customs-related procedures, including declarations, shipping documentation, and other relevant paperwork.

- Coordinate and liaise with customers and overseas agents to understand and fulfill their requirements.

- Monitor and track cargo movements; ensure timely billing to customers.

- Handle customer inquiries promptly and follow up on operational processes.

- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Fresher or 01 years of experience in Forwarding/ Logistics Company
- Bachelor’s degree of University graduate preferred with foreign trade, economics, majored in international trading and transportation
- Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure
- Good communication and presentation skills.
