Event Team Leader

• Brainstorming and implementing event plans, concepts, design, logistics,…
• Assign tasks to each member in arranging and organizing activities in the program in the way that is most appropriate for the event.
• Supporting a part of the creative digital content: video editing, image touching, photo shooting.
• Developing event concepts and themes.
• Selecting vendors and venues.
• Managing budgets and contracts.
• Coordinating with relevant team and stakeholders.
• Overseeing event logistics.
• Ensuring that events run smoothly and successfully.
• Supporting a part of the creative digital content: video editing, image touching, photo shooting.
• Collaborate with the content creation team and other departments to develop ideas and produce digital communication sources: filming and editing videos, taking and re-touching photos.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Graduated from University in Business Management, Marketing or related majors.
• Have at least 1 year of experience at related position.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.
• Good work ethics, be proactive and highly responsible.
• Be enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful, meticulous and observant.
• Be good at communication.
• Handle situations effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent in English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint/ Video edit: Premier, After Effect/ Photoshop hoặc Lightroom.
