Mô tả công việc

- Improve SMT production line performance, including yield rate, equipment downtime, material wastage, and CPH (components per hour).

- Analyze defects after reflow (post-oven), TEST, and SYS stages, and implement preventive improvements.

- Provide technical support during line changeovers to ensure efficiency improvement.

- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) debugging, defect analysis, and follow up on improvement...

Yêu cầu công việc

- College diploma or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing Automation, or related fields.

- 1~2 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance; familiar with operation, maintenance, and calibration of SMT equipment, especially Panasonic NPM series (NPM-D3/TT2/-W2, SPG/-2), DEK printers, GKK, and Heller reflow ovens (1936 MK5 / 2043 / 2047).
