Equipment Engineer (SMT)

• Improve SMT production line performance, including yield rate, equipment downtime, material wastage, and CPH (components per hour).

• Analyze defects after reflow (post-oven), TEST, and SYS stages, and implement preventive improvements.

• Provide technical support during line changeovers to ensure efficiency improvement.

• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) debugging, defect analysis, and follow up on improvement actions in coordination with other teams.

• Perform equipment maintenance, servicing, and CMK calibration.

• Prepare SOP/MOI documentation and conduct operator training.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College diploma or above in mechanical related fields.

• 1~2 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance; familiar with operation, maintenance, and calibration of SMT equipment (Preferably Panasonic)

• Can work in day/night shift rotation.
