Engineering Assistant Manager (Electronics/ Mechanical, $1200, ID21640)

- Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Engineering Assistant Manager (Electronics/ Mechanical, $1200, ID21640)
- Lead and manage the Engineering Department and supervise a team of 17 employees.
- Deploy and manage new projects from the launch stage through stable mass production, ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Identify and resolve technical and production issues arising during project implementation.
- Study customer requirements and product specifications and identify the necessary resources for new projects.
- Assign tasks to project members, monitor progress and results, and provide guidance and recommendations for improvement.
- Review and confirm technical data, samples, and other documents submitted to customers.
- Follow up on customer approval status and lead all preparation activities for mass production.
- Develop work plans, allocate responsibilities, train and coach team members, and monitor work performance.
- Evaluate employee performance and support the development of team capabilities.
- Prepare daily reports in English and communicate directly with the Japanese General Director and Japanese Advisor.
- Report project progress, technical issues, and improvement activities to Top Management and implement management instructions.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male. Under 50 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or other relevant technical fields.
- Having 03 years of experience in a similar Engineering/Technical management position in a manufacturing company, preferably in the electronics or mechanical manufacturing industry.
- Good at English.
- Proficient in 3D design/drawing software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, etc.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with measuring equipment, such as CMM, microscope, and other inspection tools.
- Strong knowledge of QC 7 Tools, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and the 5 Core Tools.
