Ecommerce Specialist

THE ROLE

You'll drive UOMIEE's day-to-day growth on the marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) across our markets — executing the channel strategy and pricing framework to hit revenue and efficiency targets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run UOMIEE's storefronts on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop across our regional markets — listings, product content and on-platform SEO.

• Plan and launch platform campaigns — flash sales, mega-sales (double-dates, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12...), vouchers, deals and combos — within the RSP pricing framework set by the Manager.

• Plan and coordinate the livestream schedule, and manage affiliate/KOC selling.

• Watch the numbers that matter — revenue, conversion, traffic, CIR/ROAS — and optimize listings and deals to hit targets.

• Keep operations healthy — coordinate orders, inventory and after-sales with the team and our enabler partner.

• Stay on top of shop health: delivery rate, return rate, penalty points and shop quality — flag and fix issues fast.

• Share clear, per-market performance reports with the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2–5 years running e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop), ideally FMCG or mother & baby.

• Fluent English — our regional working language; detail-oriented and accountable.

• Proactive, self-driven and strong on ownership — comfortable running multiple markets' storefronts independently.

• Confident with each platform's Seller Center, campaign registration and deal/voucher setup.

• Strong with numbers — you read and act on CIR, ROAS, conversion and return/delivery rates; you understand livestream and affiliate commerce.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience managing enabler/operations partners, livestream experience, or familiarity with marketplace tools (Sapo, Metric).
