E-Commerce Specialist

NEO CHAIR / NEO HOME is an established U.S. eCommerce company and a top seller across major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair. We operate our own end-to-end infrastructure with U.S. warehouses, a fully in-house team, and multiple best-selling products, giving us the speed and scale to compete at the highest level.

We're looking for a proactive, data-driven E-Commerce Specialist to own our day-to-day marketplace operations.

What You'll Do

Operations & Account Management

• Manage daily operations across major eCommerce

• Monitor account health and resolve issues before they escalate

• Manage inventory across channels to prevent stockouts or overselling

Listing & Content

• Create and continuously optimize product listings (keywords, content, attributes)

• Partner with the design team to produce high-converting product detail pages and brand store assets

• Support new product launches with market research and pricing analysis

Marketing & Advertising

• Manage and optimize marketplace ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display, and equivalent)

• Support promotions and major sales events (Q4 Holidays, high-volume events, etc.)

Market Analysis & Strategy

• Track and analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing to inform sales strategy

• Analyze marketplace performance data and translate insights into actionable plans

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1+ years of experience in eCommerce (U.S. market preferred)

• Hands-on experience with marketplace seller and/or vendor platforms

• Ability to analyze marketplace performance data and translate insights into action

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

• Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of eCommerce SEO, pricing rules, and marketplace algorithms

• Background in Sales Strategy and/or Product Launching

Working Conditions

Location Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Employment Type Full-time

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 7AM ~ 4PM / Saturday: 7AM ~ 11AM

Preferred Candidates open to night shift hours to align with the U.S. market (9PM ~ 6AM)
