HYGGE – under NEO CHAIR / NEO HOME is an established U.S. e-commerce company and a top seller across Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair. We run our own end-to-end infrastructure — U.S. warehouses enabling Seller Fulfilled Prime coverage across most of the country, a fully in-house team, and multiple best-selling products — giving us the speed and scale to compete at the highest level.

We're looking for a proactive, data-driven Amazon Executive to own our day-to-day marketplace operations across Vendor and Seller Central. Core responsibilities include listing creation and optimization, promotion support, Amazon PPC, and inventory management. Candidates with a strong track record in Sales Strategy and/or Product Launching will be given priority consideration.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P)

• Track and analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing to inform sales strategy

• Support promotions and major sales events (Q4 Holidays, High Volume Events, etc.)

• Manage and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display)

• Create and continuously improve product listings (keywords, content, attributes)

• Partner with the design team to produce high-converting PDP and Brand Store assets

• Monitor Prime badging status to resolve any Prime badging suppressions

• Manage inventory across 3P and 1P to prevent stockouts or overselling

• Monitor Amazon account health and resolve issues before they escalate

• Support new product launches with research and pricing analysis

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1+ years of experience in eCommerce (U.S. market preferred)

• Hands-on experience with Seller Central and/or Vendor Central

• Ability to analyze marketplace performance data and translate insights into action

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

• Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel

Preferred

• Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, Pricing Rules, and the A9 Algorithm

• Background in Sales Strategy and/or Product Launching

Location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7AM – 4PM

• Saturday: 7AM – 11AM

• Preference given to candidates open to night shift hours to align with the U.S. market (9PM – 6AM).
