E-Commerce Operations Staff

We're looking for an E-commerce Operator to run the back-end operations that keep our Amazon business running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in learning deeply about cross-border e-commerce, enjoys keeping things organized, and is looking to shine in a broader operations role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Account Health & Compliance

- Check account health: Monitor account health, performance notifications, refunds, and Voice of the Customer. Catch issues early, open Seller Support cases, and follow them through to resolution.

- Keep documentation ready. Maintain account verification, product compliance, and Brand Registry documents.

2. Catalog & Marketplace Operations

- Keep the catalog clean. Create and optimize listings, upload flat files, fix suppressed or stranded listings, and manage variations across marketplaces.

- Monitor pricing and reviews. Track pricing, Buy Box status, and customer reviews, and flag unusual changes.

- Run promotions. Set up and monitor deals and coupons, gradually taking ownership from our Key Account Managers.

3. Inventory & Business Performance

- Track inventory: Monitor stock levels, flag restock risks, handle unsellables and removals.

- Analyze competitors: Monitor competitor listings in our niches: rankings, reviews, pricing, deals.

- Support A/B testing. Suggest ideas for testing images, titles, and offers, help set up experiments, and track results

4. Reporting & Process Improvement

- Deliver the data: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports across sales, revenue, PPC, and account performance, so the team can make informed decisions.

- Build the SOPs: Create and update SOPs as our processes and markets evolve

- Open to fresh graduates / junior candidates with a strong willingness to learn.

- Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)

- Comfortable working with data and using Google Sheets / Excel.

- Reliable and accountable, you take ownership and deliver work on time.

- Honest and transparent in your communication.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

- Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday (on-site)

- Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (on-site)

- Probation Period: 2 months
