Data Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

This role keeps the data behind our sourcing and purchasing clean, accurate, and actionable. You'll turn supplier data into structured information, identify profitable products, and operate the tools and automations that support buying decisions across our retail and wholesale operations

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Process and structure data: Clean, format, filter, sort, and standardize supplier price lists: accurate data, calculations, formulas

- Screen sourcing opportunities: Analyze supplier price lists, perform COG and margin checks, and identify profitable products for the Product Sourcing team

- Prepare bulk listing files: Build and validate Amazon flat files to support efficient product uploads.

- Operate automation tools: Run, troubleshoot, and optimize the scripts and automation tools developed by the IT team.

- Support the database: Import, export, and maintain data while working with the IT team to improve system usage and data quality, and reporting dashboards

- Keep sourcing moving: Coordinate with the Product Sourcing team and stakeholders, to keep sourcing activities on schedule.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn.

- Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)

- Basic scripting knowledge (reading, modifying, or writing simple scripts) is a plus

- Comfortable in Google Sheets / Excel (lookups, aggregation, filtering, sorting, text processing)

- Willing to use AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset, with the ability to maintain data accuracy and prevent errors.

WORK SCHEDULE

Probation period: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (on-site)

Official period: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (on-site)

Probation: 2 months
