POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Position: Project Assistant
Department: Operations
Location: 477-479 An Duong Vuong Street, Binh Phu Ward (District 6), Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: 8:00 am - 5:50 pm, Mon-Fri
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the main contact point for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely coordination.
Manage and coordinate the Customer Service team to ensure timely client support and smooth daily operations.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key operational milestones.
Maintain and update the knowledge center with relevant information, guidelines, and documentation.
Prepare and consolidate operational reports and regular updates for project manager & clients.
Coordinate cross-functional activities for new project setup.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or management in e-commerce, customer service or related fields.
Fluency in English (4 skills); experience working with expatriate stakeholders is a plus
Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Highly proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
