Digital Stylist (Fashion)

Job Summary

The Digital Stylist is a new, pioneering role within our Vietnam production team, serving as a critical bridge between traditional fashion expertise and cutting-edge digital production. This position is responsible for executing defined AI styling strategies and maintaining high aesthetic quality to meet AI production revenue targets. Unlike strategy or design-centric roles, this is a production-based execution role focused on styling steps and aesthetic review.

Key Responsibilities

● Digital Styling Execution: Spearhead digital "mix and match" styling within our proprietary AI Studio platform. Assemble complete looks by curating garments and accessories on digital models to ensure visual consistency and adherence to client-specific brand guidelines.

● Aesthetic Quality Auditing: Conduct systematic visual reviews of AI-generated assets. Identify and correct styling inconsistencies, "hallucinations," or structural garment errors to maintain a high level of aesthetic fidelity.

● Client Feedback Management & Rework Routing: Analyze incoming client feedback to understand specific revision requests. Route reworks effectively to ensure all final deliverables meet client expectations and project timelines.

● Quality Control Documentation: Maintain detailed records of QC criteria and identify recurring failure patterns. Collaborate with the team to establish new standards that prevent repetitive errors and elevate production quality.

● AI Model Improvement: Contribute insights to improve AI output by providing feedback into prompt libraries and fine-tuning generation settings, directly helping the system evolve and perform better over time.

Success Metrics

● Queue Management & Backlog Control: Maintain a proactive approach to your styling backlog, with the primary target of achieving a zero-backlog status to ensure seamless production continuity.

● Daily Throughput & Efficiency: Meet or exceed daily review throughput targets, demonstrating your ability to handle high-volume demands while remaining focused.

● Right-First-Time Accuracy: Minimize customer rejection and rework rates on approved assets by ensuring the final styling output aligns precisely with client requirements from the start.

● Audit Performance: Consistently achieve high-tier consistency scores during Art Director spot-check audits, reflecting your dedication to maintaining the highest aesthetic standards.

● Professional Experience: Proven experience as a fashion stylist, with a specific focus on e-commerce environments.

● Fashion Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of fabric types, garment shapes, color coordination, and a technical understanding of how clothing fits and flows on a human model.

● Aesthetic Sensitivity: A strong aesthetic eye with meticulous attention to detail to identify subtle visual errors.

● Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required to follow complex guidelines and communicate effectively within the team.

● Note on Technical Skills: No prior experience with AI tools, coding, or technical software like Adobe Photoshop is required; comprehensive internal training will be provided to the successful candidate.
