About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join Pixelz’s Finance & Accounting team. This role is

responsible for managing payroll-related activities, including payroll calculation, payroll

accounting entries, reporting, and coordination with relevant stakeholders in a global working

environment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an international Finance team

and develop professional expertise in payroll accounting and beyond.

Responsibilities:

- Perform monthly payroll calculation, including salary, bonus, benefits, allowances,

deductions, and other payroll-related items.

- Review and verify payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness before payroll

processing.

- Prepare and record payroll-related accounting entries.

- Maintain payroll records and perform reconciliation of payroll-related accounts and

employee costs.

- Prepare periodic payroll and accounting reports for internal reporting purposes.

- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to collect, verify, and process payroll-related

information.

- Work with relevant stakeholders in a multinational environment to ensure payroll

processes are completed accurately and on time.

- Support month-end closing activities related to payroll and personnel costs.

- Perform other accounting tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required by the manager.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll accounting or a related accounting position.

- Basic knowledge of payroll processes, salary calculation, and accounting principles.

- Experience in preparing payroll data and performing payroll-related accounting entries.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with numbers and data.

- Good command of English (B1 level or equivalent; TOEIC 550+), with the ability to

communicate in a working environment.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

- Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
