Digital Marketing Team Leader

·         Plan and execute all digital marketing campaign, including SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, social media campaigns.

·         Managing, guiding and training of the digital marketing team and motivate them to achieve their goals.

·         Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency.

·         Manage and improve online content, online promotion, SEO, SEM and social media channels

·         Liaise with internal marketing team, other departments and front lines to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.

·         Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

·         Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

·         Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

·         Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

·         Apply AI tool to optimize workflow and performance

·         Support running event or offline activities.

·         BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field.

·         +4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role.

·         Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.

·         Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices

·         Excellent analytical and project management skills

·         Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills

·         Good knowledge with digital ads platform.

·         Good knowledge of attractive advertisements.

·         Attention to detail.

·         Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

·         Good time-management skills

·         Great interpersonal and communication skills

·         English skills is suitable

• Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
