Digital Marketing Leader

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning

- Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy across e-commerce platforms, social media, and performance marketing channels.

- Define growth objectives, budget allocation, and channel strategies to drive GMV, revenue, customer acquisition, and ROI.

- Identify new growth opportunities and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.

2. Performance Marketing & E-commerce Growth

- Lead and oversee advertising activities across Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads, and other digital channels.

- Drive traffic and conversion strategies for Flash Sale campaigns, Mega Campaigns (9.9, 11.11, 12.12, etc.), and new product launches.

- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR, CAC, and revenue contribution.

- Ensure effective budget utilization and maximize return on advertising spend.

3. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

- Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Marketing team to achieve business objectives.

- Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure execution quality.

- Collaborate closely with Content, Media, Design, E-commerce Operations, Livestream, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

- Build scalable processes and best practices for campaign planning, execution, and reporting.

4. Data Analytics & Performance Optimization

- Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor marketing performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to generate actionable insights.

- Drive A/B testing initiatives and continuous optimization of audiences, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

- Ensure proper tracking implementation through Pixel, GA4, GTM, UTM, and other analytics tools.

5. Budget & Business Management

- Manage digital marketing budgets and provide recommendations on investment allocation across channels.

- Forecast performance, identify risks, and proactively propose corrective actions.

- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce Marketing.

- At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads.

- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.

- Strong knowledge of analytics and tracking tools, including GA4, GTM, Pixel, and data reporting platforms.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable business results.

- Experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, or fast-moving consumer goods is highly preferred.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
