- Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production output, quality, cost, delivery, and manpower targets are achieved.
- Lead and optimize plastic component assembly operations, including line balancing, cycle time, productivity, standard work, and manpower efficiency.
- Manage material flow from warehouse to production lines, including component feeding, WIP, kitting, and line-side inventory.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth production.
- Monitor production planning, scheduling, component availability, and shop-floor inventory accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for automation and semi-automation in assembly and material handling; support investment proposals and implementation.
- Establish and maintain production standards, operator skill matrices, and training plans.
- Manage and develop production supervisors and team leaders; oversee manpower planning, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, 5S, factory discipline, and company procedures.
- Lead daily production meetings and weekly operational reviews; take corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Prepare daily and weekly manufacturing reports in English for the General Director and Manufacturing Director.
- Act as Deputy to the Manufacturing Manager and take over operational responsibilities during the Manufacturing Manager’s absence.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male. Under 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience managing production operations in plastic component assembly/manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in assembly operations, line balancing, productivity improvement, and shop-floor management.
- Experience with automation or semi-automation projects is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English.
