Deputy Marketing Manager Real Estate

JOB SUMMARY

The Deputy Marketing Manager (Real Estate) is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for both directing project-level marketing execution and assisting in departmental operations. This role requires directly planning, producing, and running end-to-end marketing campaigns for key real estate projects, while managing agency partners, monitoring project budgets, and guiding team members to meet business and sales objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. End-to-End Project Marketing Strategy & Planning

- Directly draft and execute comprehensive Marketing Strategies (by phase, quarter, and year) for assigned real estate projects.

- Develop detailed project marketing budgets; track, manage, and optimize spend to maximize ROI and support sales velocity.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to define project positioning, key selling points (KSPs), and target customer personas.

2. Hands-on Production of Marketing Collaterals

- Directly lead and oversee the development of all project marketing materials, including 3D renderings, TVCs/project films, websites/landing pages, sales kits, brochures, sa-ban (scale models), and show house assets.

- Maintain strict quality control on content, message alignment, and visual standards before public rollout.

3. Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization

- Hands-on management and execution of multi-channel campaigns (Digital, OOH, Hoarding, PR, Groundbreaking/Launch Events).

- Track campaign performance metrics (CPL, CPA, conversion rates, reach) in real time; proactively pivot tactics to optimize lead acquisition and sales conversion.

4. Vendor & Agency Procurement Management

- Source, evaluate, and select top-tier agencies and production vendors (creative, digital, event, media).

- Negotiate commercial terms, draft scopes of work (SOWs), monitor contract execution, and ensure vendor deliverables meet strict timeline and quality standards.

5. Financial Management & Compliance

- Manage payment schedules, verify completion acceptance, and process billing/final settlements for marketing vendors.

- Ensure all marketing activities, communication assets, and contracts comply with real estate laws and corporate regulations.

6. Operational Support & Team Mentorship

- Work alongside and support Senior Executives/Specialists in daily task execution, trouble-shooting project bottlenecks.

- Supervise performance, review work deliverables, and mentor junior team members.

- Deputize for the Marketing Manager/Director in managing daily department operations when assigned.

- Perform other tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager/Director.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate, or related fields.

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Real Estate Marketing. Proven track record of directly executing marketing campaigns for real estate projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality).

- At least 1–2 years in a Team Lead, Senior Specialist, or Assistant/Deputy Manager capacity.

- Skills & Core Competencies:

- Hands-on expertise across full-funnel marketing channels: Creative Production, Digital Performance, PR, Large-scale Events, and OOH.

- Strong project management, agency negotiation, and budget control abilities.

- Analytical and results-oriented mindset focused on sales conversion and ROI.

- High adaptability, capable of handling high-pressure project deadlines directly.

- Fluency in professional English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
