Director Of Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.

• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective commercial strategies, cost control, and operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with international brand standards, food safety regulations, and quality assurance requirements.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative dining concepts and enhance guest experiences.

• Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team to achieve high performance and service excellence.

• Monitor financial performance, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of Food & Beverage management experience, including at least 3 years as Director of Food & Beverage or an equivalent role.

• Mandatory experience in the same position within internationally branded luxury hotels or resorts

• Strong leadership, financial management, and commercial acumen.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
