Demand Planning Executive (Supply Chain/Manufacturing)

- Demand planning: Analyze sales demand and prepare demand forecasts for the next 6–12 months.
- Work closely with the Production team to develop weekly production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, production efficiency and supporting equipment.
- Support the planning and execution of new product launches (NPD) and Limited-Time Offers (LTOs).
- Support the verification and conversion of product specifications before export.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Accounting or a related field.
- At least 3-5+ years of Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in FMCG is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret demand and inventory data, identify root causes and recommend effective solutions to support business decisions.
- Proficient in ERP systems, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Production, Warehouse, QA, Procurement and other cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel to the warehouse and factory on a regular basis to monitor inventory and support operational activities.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, proactive and highly accountable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Operational & Inventory Management: Manage daily supply chain operations by monitoring inventory levels, supporting the preparation of delivery documents and sample shipment documents and updating order status in the ERP system.
- Propose and implement best practices to optimize inventory management, product distribution and product availability.
- Prepare purchase orders for trading products and imported goods, ensuring accurate planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery targets.
- Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations and industry standards (e.g., product labeling, Halal requirements, and ingredient specifications).
