Demand Planning Coordinator

• Oversee stock levels and develop shipment plans to align with sales plan and optimize inventory.
• Liaise with related stakeholders to react to any gaps in demand, supply, and inventory.
• Liaise with PO team to get updated on the label/product information changes and supply plan
• Provide regular updates on supply chain status, address potential delays, and communicate resolutions to all related stakeholders (BOD, sales, marketing, accounting…)
• Manage product registration and related documentation for import and distribution processes.
• Handle logistics arrangements, including warehouse and transportation coordination, and manage documentation.
• Work with the finance team to make the cash plan, payment processing, and assist with pricing.
• Process SAP transactions and generate required reports for higher management

• In-depth knowledge of shipping processes, including Vietnam import regulations, logistical operations, and financial principles.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical abilities with a good sense of numbers and data.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
