Supply Chain Intern

• Support the SO/PO team to record the Lot numbers/Permit checking
• Working with the warehouse for pictures for registration and other request related to warehouse
• Handling the loose/ broken/damaged bottle and create the GI And GR function on daily basis and SAP System
• Supporting the warehouse in document preparation for customs report and document for Audit reports
• Daily record on the in/out Lot numbers transaction & keep track of the stocks Inward, Outward and perform the Inventory reconciliation with warehouse/ SAP system.
• Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about supply chain operation

• You are expected to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• You should have intermediate English proficiency across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• You are capable of handling and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
• You demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• You can perform well under pressure and adapt to tight deadlines.
