Dealer Support Executive

Panasonic Sales Vietnam is looking for a Dealer Communications Executive to support Dealers with below responsibilities:

- Daily communicate with Dealers to manage leader’s product warranty situation.

- Support Dealers to solve warranty case & complaints of customers.

- Summary product quality base on feedback from Dealers.

- Report weekly/monthly for Dealers’ warranty service operation.

- Other service job assigned by Head of Department.

- Other service job assigned by Head of Department.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College/ Bachelor’s degree in relevant major (Technical background is preferred)

- From 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or similar position.

- Good communication skill.

- Good computer skill, good attitude, and manner.

- Requires travelling regularly to Dealer's site.
