Data Analyst (After Sales Parts Business)

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the Parts Business team in driving data-driven decision making. This role is responsible for managing business data, analyzing market and dealer insights, monitoring competitor activities, and developing reports and dashboards:

- Build, maintain, and update databases to ensure data accuracy, quality, and availability for parts business operations.

- Collect and analyze data and feedback from dealers and the market to support benchmarking and business reporting.

- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide management with actionable insights.

- Identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to management for business growth and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development and improvement projects.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

- University degree in Automotive Technology, Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or related fields.

- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or automotive spare parts business.

- Good command of English (TOEIC 500+ or equivalent).

- Proficient in Excel and Power BI/Tableau.

- Knowledge of Python and SQL is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Able to work independently and travel domestically or overseas when required.
