Tuyển dụng Customer Service Supervisor (Logistics, Forwarder) tại Hà Nội

- Set up standard operating procedures (SOP) for new customers.
- Handle customs clearance procedures (HS code, customs policy, C/O) and trucking arrangements.
- Oversee customs liquidation and final settlement reports for EPE, processing, and manufacturing enterprises.
- Advise customers on shipment progress and import-export documentation for air and ocean freight.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies) to ensure seamless service and risk mitigation.
- Report operational issues or irregularities to the Korean Manager and Board of Directors (BOD).

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping operations, or customs brokerage.
- Prior experience in foreign/multinational logistics companies is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Strong customer-service attitude and results-driven mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
