• Contact factories and vendors and be able to get all the details about order status, provide quotes
and solutions to overseas agents, and secure orders.
• Coordinate between customer and vendors to implement activities smoothly.
• Coordinate with overseas agent, follow up orders closely.
• Assist Sales in satisfying Overseas Agents for more business chances.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experienced in ocean C/S for shipments from Vietnam to USA.
• Fluent English.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in ocean export C/S.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Pleasant personality, Service-minded and Self motivated.
• Proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Internet, E-mail
