CUSTOMER SERVICE (GARMENT / TEXTILE / FOOTWEAR) - (English & Chinese)

Working with customers to handle test request for testing services of textiles or footwear
Facilitate communication between lab and clients
Collect test sample from suppliers and help to arrange lab test
Release report to suppliers
Handle data entry work
Handle client enquiries
Handle tasks from client and lab
Maintaining good relationships with current customers while also developing relationships with new and potential customers.
Internal:
Coordinator, Lab
External: Buyer and agent, factories
University graduated
Fluent of English in both speaking & writing (able to speak Chinese is advantage)
Experience in Customer Service field is preferred
Having textile & garment background is advantage
Communication Skill
Able to work under pressure
Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
Willing to work flexible when overtime is needed
