COORDINATOR (Test Assignment) - (Garment / Textile)

Establish and maintain good relationship with clients.
Uderstand buyer testing manual
Follow up testing order; sending testing report to client timely and accuracy
Receiving and solving client queries related to test report
Deal with complaints regarding to the customer feedback
Making worksheet for Laboratory
University degree in major in Chemical/Garment/Textile or related field.
Fluent in writing and speaking English
Have working experience in Garment company is referable
Good understanding of testing procedure and good problem solving ability
Be able to complete job accurately & timely
Careful, hardworking, team work spirit and willing to work overtime
Ability to work under high pressure.
