Customer Service Executive (Nhân Viên Dịch Vụ Khách Hàng Xuất Nhập Khẩu)

- Manage daily booking from shippers and communicate with agents to get the approval for cargo shipping.
- Propose options (rate, schedule) to agents.
- Co-operate daily with Shipping Line to reserve space with correct routing, service, contract as per SOP.
- Release booking to vendors timely and follow up vessel change/cut off time and support when vendors ask.
- Booking creation in specified system, update report for daily monitoring and Team Leader for specific accounts (if required).
- Customer relationship (external & internal), work with customers and vendors to provide the best service and handle shipments smoothly.
- Follow SOP and requirements from agents and keep contact with overseas agents until the shipment is delivered at destination.
- Co-operate well with Documentation and proactively communicate with customers and agents regarding rate, space, equipment, vessel changes, etc.
- Ensure excellent daily service and reduce risks, potential claims, or unexpected issues.
- Other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

- Graduated from College/University of Economics, Import-Export, Logistics or relevant field.
- At least 1 year working experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarder.
- English: Good communication skills in English.
- Good computer skills & Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Dynamic, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.
