Credit Card Product Executive

Product Development & Management
Coordinate with functional teams to develop or improve product features and function.
Analyze customer feedback and data to suggest product improvements.
Track product performance metrics and generate regular reports.
Policy & process Management
Design and improve Policy and Operational process
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Well coordination with functional teams to control the service quality and business operating
Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Other tasks assigned by Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in banking industry, preferably experience in finance companies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of credit card products and market.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Basics work with Microsoft Office tool
