- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics or Freight Forwarding
- Have at least 1 year of experience in seafreight or an equivalent position
- Precise & detailed oriented
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese (written and spoken)
- Good communication skill & customer care skill
- Proficient in Word & Excel office software
