• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics or Freight Forwarding

• At least 7 years experience in airfreight product operational processes

• Experience in project management roles or supporting project management

• Knowledge of CargoWiseOne is advantage

• Analytical Thinking/ Root‑Cause Analysis

• Self-Management

• Fluent in English & Vietnamese (written and spoken)
