Country Airfreight Pricing & Tender Management Supervisor

Job Purpose: Lead the Airfreight Pricing & Tender function by managing pricing, procurement and tender activities to support business growth and profitability.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

I. Pricing & Procurement

• Maintain and update buying rates

• Handle pricing requests from VN Sales, Operations, and Hellmann network, HITs, …

• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, co-loaders, and vendors

• Coordinate with internal and regional teams to provide competitive pricing solutions

• Maintain freight rate databases (for all local deals, BSA contracts, local charges) and prepare regular market reports

II. Tender scope

a. Global & Regional bidding

• Work with local & regional teams for pricing strategies

• Submit the tenders for VN

• Maintain post-tender follow up, set alert for upcoming tender 1,2,3 months in advance

• Ensures that billing instructions and relevant job confirmations are received for awarded jobs before handing over to Operations.

b. VN local bidding

• Launch email to other countries, organize strategy call, align with related countries for pricing strategies, collect and evaluate offers, submit tender

• Maintain post-tender follow up, set alert for upcoming tender 1, 2, 3 months in advance

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics or Freight Forwarding

- Have at least 5 year of experience in freight forwarders, or logistics field, prefer in Global company

- Good knowledge of procurement, pricing strategy and tender management

- Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good leadership, communication and stakeholder management

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability

- Proactive, customer-focused and result-driven

- Fluent in English & Vietnamese (written and spoken)

- Proficient in Word & Excel office software

- Teamwork spirit & high responsibility manner
