Counter - Customer Services Coordinator

Scope of responsibilities:

• Checking cargo release status (document, payment & special requirements) to proceed system updated before cargo release (OBL and D/O release)

• Issuing & releasing Original Bill of Lading (OBL) to customer

• Issuing Delivery Order (both electronic D/O/EDI & email D/O)

• Checking information of tax invoicee (payer on tax invoice) to issue tax invoice & upload on...

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree holder major in Logistics/Supply Chain/Economics/Foreign Trade.

• At least 1 year experience in shipping lines/logistics related field.

• Good command of written/spoken English, Chinese language capability will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

• Good communication skills, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
