Corporate Banking Compliance Professional

• Track regulatory changes and requests from the State Bank of Vietnam and other authorities.

• Communicate, advise, and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to ensure compliance.

• Consolidate opinions and recommendations from impacted departments for new regulations.

• Develop and review internal regulations and banking policies to implement an effective legal compliance program.

• Manage compliance reports and tasks to meet Head Office and branch requirements.

• Advise management on compliance with Vietnam laws and regulations through detailed reports.

• Create and manage action plans in response to audit findings and compliance violations.

• Regularly audit company procedures, operations, and documents to identify weaknesses or risks.

• Ensure timely resolution of compliance issues and employee concerns.

• Perform tasks assigned by supervisors and managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree or above in law

• Lawyer certificate is a plus

• 5+ years of proven experience in a compliance officer role

• Understanding of banking business is a must, either in corporate banking or consumer banking field. Familiar with the regulations of corporate banking and cross-border activities in foreign bank

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Stakeholder management with regulatory advisory experience is a plus

• Good command of English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
