Storytelling and Brand Connection:

- You’ll find and tell the stories that make the school distinctive — from classroom moments to student outcomes – creating a steady pipeline of high-quality written, visual, and video content across social media, website, and campaign channels.

Video-First Content Creation:

- You’ll ensure video is central to how families experience the school digitally

- Support marketing campaigns and conversion activity with content designed to nurture interest and encourage action from families.

- Regularly partner with the Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager and Admissions team to ensure all partnership and referral initiatives are supported by consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.

Content Planning and Consistency

- Ensure that all content reflects the school’s positioning and Nord Anglia’s brand tone.

Performance and Continuous Improvement

- Track engagement and use insights to improve future content.

- Monitor and analyse website traffic

- Execute and monitor organic and boosted posts

Working hour: from Monday to Friday

Essential

- Strong experience in content creation including video, social media, and written storytelling.

- Ability to create compelling, parent-focused narratives.

- Solid understanding of social media platforms, website (CMS) and engagement strategies.

- Basic skills in video editing and photography.

- Basic skills in creating visuals (Canva)

- Strong writing and editing skills in English.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

- Confidence working with a range of internal stakeholders in a busy school environment.

- Ability to use performance insight to improve content quality and impact.

Desirable

- Experience in education storytelling or lifestyle brands.

- Knowledge of SEO content principles.

- Experience working with student-generated or parent-generated content

- Familiarity with content planning, publishing, and basic performance tools
