Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, collect and analyze updates on Vietnamese laws, regulations and regulatory developments relevant to the Bank's operations.

•Prepare regulatory summaries and effectively communicate regulatory changes and compliance requirements to relevant departments and staff.

•Provide legal and compliance advice on matters related to banking activities, retail lending and corporate banking operations.

•Prepare reports, recommendations and proposals to Branch Management and the Compliance Reporting Line regarding compliance matters and regulatory requirements.

•Advise business units and support functions on compliance risks and regulatory interpretation to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

•Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor the implementation of regulatory requirements, internal policies and compliance initiatives.

•Conduct compliance reviews and follow up on corrective actions to strengthen the compliance control framework within the Branch.

•Organize and deliver compliance-related training programs to enhance staff awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.

•Support compliance monitoring, regulatory inspections, audits and reporting activities as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

•Bachelor's degree in Law, Banking, Finance, Economics or a related field.

•At least 3 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Legal, AML/CFT, Risk Management or related functions within the banking or financial services industry.

•Good understanding of Vietnamese banking regulations and regulatory requirements.

•Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and compliance practices is a strong advantage.

•Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

•High level of integrity, responsibility and teamwork spirit.

•Good command of Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).

•Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred.
