Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Compliance Executive to ensure our factory meets customer Social Compliance standards and local legal requirements. This role includes conducting audits, preparing reports, and supporting improvement actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Social Compliance audits objectively and professionally.

• Prepare CAPs, RECAPs, audit reports, and follow-up documentation.

• Support internal teams with compliance training and communication.

• Travel within Vietnam (and abroad when required).

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree & 2+ years of experience in Compliance/Social Compliance.

• Strong interest in labor standards, human rights, and environmental issues.

• Excellent English skills (written & spoken).

• Analytical mindset; strong numerical and reporting skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information.

• Knowledge of labor laws and standards: WRAP, SMETA, ISO, Better Work, etc.
