[HCM - Local] Compliance Specialist

1. Follow up Better Work reports, establish and maintain good work with local Better Work office

2. Conduct social responsibility (CSR), security(C-TPAT) and brand protection audits at facilities

3. Issuance of audit reports and follow up on corrective action plans(CAPs)

4. Conduct on-site CAPs validation at facilities

5. Provide pro-active and practical recommendations on CAPs and improvement plans

6. Understanding of our customers’ compliance expectations and ability to educate the facilities

7. Support sustainability works including Higg Index, wastewater compliance, chemical management and other sustainability initiatives required by customers

8. Basic knowledge on supply chain and cotton traceability will be preferred

9. Frequent communication with facilities, internal teams and our customers

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Strong technical knowledge and experience, e.g. SA8000 certification

2. Knowledge in environmental compliance e.g. SAC/HIGG a plus

3. Works independently with minimum supervision, under pressure and complete task in short notice

4. Adaptive to new ways and skills, be open minded

5. Frequent travels

6. Strong communication, inter-personal skills and self-motivation

7. High ethical integrity

8. Candidate with over 6 years relevant experience may apply for senior auditor/specialist position

9. College degree or above

10. Fluent English speaking and writing
