• Gọi điện tư vấn, giới thiệu và chào bán sản phẩm/dịch vụ của công ty đến khách hàng tiềm năng.

Make outbound calls to introduce and promote the company’s products or services to potential customers.

• Tìm kiếm và mở rộng tệp khách hàng qua điện thoại nhằm phát triển thị trường.

Search for and expand the customer database via phone calls to develop the market.

• Giải đáp thắc mắc và hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình tìm hiểu sản phẩm/dịch vụ.

Handle inquiries and provide customer support during the product/service consultation process.

• Cập nhật thông tin khách hàng và kết quả cuộc gọi lên hệ thống.

Update customer information and call results into the system.

• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý vấn đề phát sinh từ phía khách hàng.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer-related issues.

• Thiết kế poster báo giá đơn giản (được hướng dẫn và đào tạo chi tiết).

Create simple quotation posters (with detailed training provided).

• Báo cáo kết quả công việc định kỳ cho quản lý.

Report work performance periodically to the supervisor.

• Chấp nhận làm việc xoay ca sáng/tối (xoay ca 1 lần/tháng).

Willing to work rotating day/night shifts ( rotated monthly).

• Kiên trì, chăm chỉ, giao tiếp tốt; nghiêm túc và cầu tiến trong công việc.

Patient, diligent, with strong communication skills; serious and growth-oriented at work.

• Chịu được áp lực, yêu thích công việc tư vấn và chăm sóc khách hàng.

Able to work under pressure and passionate about telesales and customer service.

• Không yêu cầu bằng cấp hoặc kinh nghiệm. Ứng viên sẽ được đào tạo bài bản về quy trình, kỹ năng và bí quyết nghề nghiệp.

No degree or experience required. Candidates will receive comprehensive training on processes, skills, and professional techniques.

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm telesales, CSKH hoặc làm việc trong môi trường call center; biết tiếng Trung là lợi thế.

Preference given to candidates with telesales or customer service experience, or experience in call centers. Chinese language skills are an advantage.

• Đây là cơ hội tốt cho các bạn từng làm sales nhưng muốn chuyển sang lĩnh vực chăm sóc khách hàng.

Salary Range: 12 – 14 million VND/month

• Tổng thu nhập: Lên đến 30 triệu VNĐ/tháng

Total Income: Up to 30 million VND/month

• Thời gian làm việc / Working Hours (xoay ca mỗi 2 tháng)

Ca 1 / Shift 1: 7:00-15:00

Ca 2 / Shift 2: 15:00-23:00

Ca 3 / Shift 3: 23:00-7:00

( Tháng nghỉ 7 ngày)
