Chuyên Gia Marketing (Thẻ Tín Dụng) / Specialist Of Marketing (Credit Card)

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive credit card acquisition, activation, and usage, with a strong focus on AEON retail channels and digital customer touchpoints.

• Plan and manage customer engagement programs, including loyalty campaigns, cashback promotions, installment campaigns, and seasonal merchant offers to improve customer retention and card utilization.

• Analyze customer behavior, transaction data, and campaign performance to identify business opportunities, optimize marketing effectiveness, and enhance customer lifetime value (LTV).

• Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Product, Operations, Digital, and AEON group companies to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives and consistent customer communication.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the credit card and payment industry, and propose new marketing ideas, partnership programs, and differentiated value propositions to strengthen business growth.

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of the credit card project. Work closely with IT, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver initiatives.

• Assist in preparing business user requirement (BRD), user acceptance test (UAT), training, operation manual and guideline workflow for credit card.

• Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and support fraud prevention measures. Liaise with solution providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and updates for senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields.

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in the credit card industry, with strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.

• Experience in marketing financial products and services, including but not limited to credit cards, loans, payment services, or other financial products, is preferred.

• Proficient in using English for communication and work.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond promptly to challenging situations.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated, with a strong growth mindset.
