POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Accountant cum HR Manager

to lead the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Administration functions.

The successful candidate will ensure financial accuracy, statutory compliance,

effective people management, and operational efficiency while acting as a

trusted business partner to the General Manager.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1/ Chief Accountant:

• Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly

according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, management reports

as required

• Preparing budgets and monitoring actual vs. planned financial performance,

control the department’s annual budget.

• Support pricing strategies and models that align with business objectives,

• Oversee tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT,…), experience to

work with tax authority.

• Monitor bank reconciliations and cash flow and payment plan

• Review and control invoices input with accuracy and timeliness

• Organize the storage of accounting documents, keep confidential documents

and accounting data.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax departments, banks.

• Supervise and develop 2 accountants.

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the GM

2/ HR Manager:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with

company strategy.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet staffing

needs.

• Manage employee relations, labor contracts, and compliance with labor law.

• Develop & implement learning & development programs to improve employee

performance and retention.

• Lead performance appraisal and reward systems.

• Conduct salary benchmarking and review compensation structures.

• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs in the budget

efficiency.

• Promote a positive work environment and company culture by organizing

internal events, employee engagement, etc

• Supervise general office, store, factory administration; company assets; and

facility management.

• Oversee legal documents, licenses, and compliance matters.

• Coordinate with relevant departments and external consultants to obtain and

maintain FSSC 22000, Halal, Food Safety, Labor Safety, and other required

certifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Business Administration,

or related fields.

• Chief Accountant Certificate (mandatory). Professional certifications like CPA,

ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred.

• 5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience, and 2 years at the same position

with proven experience or strong knowledge in Accounting/Finance and HR

management, preferably in the Manufacturing.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office, FAST Business Online, HRIS systems is

an advantage.

• In-depth understanding of Vietnamese Tax Laws, Accounting Standards, and

Labor Law.

• Intermediate English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively

with foreign managers, auditors, and business partners.

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication

skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and on multiple tasks

• Proactive and detail-oriented with high integrity and a sense of responsibility.

• Can start immediately would be preferred.
