Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an CAD Manager (Garment, 2000 USD, ID-18174):
- Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 10 staff members, including pattern makers, sample developers, and technical improvement specialists.
- Oversee the creation, adjustment, and approval of patterns to meet customer specifications and production feasibility.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of samples and technical packages for export orders.
- UtilizeOptitexandClo3Dsoftware to develop digital patterns and 3D garment simulations.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to optimize product development and improve workflow.
- Maintain high standards of quality, fit, and compliance with U.S. market requirements.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for CAD team members.
- Report regularly to senior management on departmental performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum5 years of experiencein a similar managerial role within garment manufacturing companies focused onknitwear for export.
- Proficient in Optitex and Clo3Dsoftware (mandatory).
- Solid experience working withU.
S. export orders, including understanding of technical standards and customer expectations.
- Fluent in Englishacross all four skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
