C&B Team Leader (Up To 20 Months Of Annual Salary)

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in C&B/Total Rewards, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
Experience in Technology/ E-commerce/ international companies is an advantage
Strong hands-on experience in Total Rewards strategy design, salary benchmarking, incentive programs, payroll operations, and compliance (Vietnam labor law, PIT, BHXH).
Data-driven mindset, proficiency in Advanced Excel (VBA/macros), Power BI, SQL, or Python for C&B analytics is highly preferred.
Experience leading process improvement and digital transformation projects in C&B/HRIS (reducing manual work and enhancing scalability).
Excellent English (IELTS 6+ or TOEIC 800+), strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
Analytical, innovative, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
