C & B Specialist (Middle/Senior)

- Receive, process, and monitor employees’ sick leave records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Implement and maintain health insurance programs for personnel and expatriate employees to manage premium/international health insurance.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize performance data for periodic quarterly reviews to report to leadership to consolidate quarterly performance evaluations.
- Monitor risk insurance policies for employees who frequently travel for business, ensuring timely protection of their rights.
- Update and maintain personnel records to ensure accurate and complete updates of employee records, especially those related to benefits.
- Provide policy consultation and clarification to support employees with inquiries related to sick leave, insurance, and other HR policies.
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth HR processes and information flow.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or C&B.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese is a must
- Strong knowledge of health insurance schemes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
