Business Planning Supervisor (Giám Sát Hoạch Định Kinh Doanh)

1. Make ASEAN Business strategy

- PEST analysis, 3C analysis

- To understand clearly our company strength and weakness

- Decide Mid-term business direction

2. Monitoring management situation of Asia each factory

- Analysis PL, BS, CF

- Visualize what is issue of current management action

- Make action plan to improve business

3. Assistance with analysis and report

- Analyze financial statement every month and make a report

- Prepare report to Japan headquarter, Asian headquarter and other directors

- Simulate financial statement considering market situation and our strategy

4. Assistance with market analysis

- Use Gfk dashboard and summarize price transition

- Make profit table, report analysis and countermeasure to BoD

- Analyze P/L stepping chart and make countermeasure

5. Market survey (Domestic and Export market)

- Business trip (Vietnam and other countries) and catch up the market trends

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Management, or related fields;

- 3–4 years of experience in Business Planning, Corporate Planning, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis

- Good English skills

- Basic understanding of financial statements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP and other formula), PowerPoint (presentation or report) and Power BI (visualize data from Excel files in Power BI report)

- Good presentation and communication skills.
