Product Strategy & Requirements

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer needs, business objectives, and operational challenges.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements aligned with business goals.
• Translate business needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product backlogs.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.

Product Delivery & Execution

• Work closely with Engineering, AI, Data, UX/UI, QA, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement clarification, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
• Drive product development from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Ensure product features meet quality, usability, scalability, security, and performance requirements.

AI Product & Platform Development

• Define requirements for AI-powered capabilities such as:
  • LLM integrations
  • Prompt engineering workflows
  • AI Agents
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Conversational AI
  • Personalization and recommendation systems
  • Automation and intelligent workflows
  • Data management and analytics features
  • Telemetry, monitoring, and reliability controls
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to evaluate product performance, model outputs, and business outcomes.
• Support the design of governance, privacy, safety, approval, audit, and monitoring processes for AI-enabled products.

Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Define and monitor product KPIs such as:
  • User adoption
  • Activation and engagement
  • Workflow completion rate
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Product quality
  • System reliability
  • Response latency
  • Operational efficiency
  • Cost effectiveness
• Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, evaluation outcomes, and production insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous product optimization through experimentation, iteration, and data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Communicate product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Align stakeholders around product goals, timelines, risks, and expected outcomes.

Your Skills and Experience

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar product-focused roles.
• Proven experience delivering complex software products, digital platforms, enterprise systems, SaaS products, or data-driven solutions.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to gather requirements, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with engineering, AI, and data teams without requiring deep technical expertise.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Conversational AI, or data products.
• Familiarity with concepts such as:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Prompt Engineering
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • AI Agents
  • AI Evaluation Frameworks
  • Telemetry & Observability
  • Data Quality & Governance
  • Personalization and Recommendation Systems
• Experience with multi-platform products across web, mobile, internal tools, embedded devices, IoT, or other digital channels.
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, v0, Copilot, Retool, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AI product lifecycle, experimentation, and product analytics is a plus.
