Business Analyst (AI)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements for RPA solutions.
• Consult and advise end-users to enhance the productivity of to-be business processes.
• Specify and model requirements using modeling tools and define design options in SRS (Software
• Requirements Specification) and PDD (Process Definition Document).
• Facilitate problem-solving to ensure smooth project execution.
• Verify the solution outcomes delivered by the Development team.
• Prepare and communicate business analysis information effectively to stakeholders.
• Support presales activities by estimating effort and contributing to RPA proposals
• Present RPA concepts and solutions to customers when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis.
• Preferred qualifications: hands-on experience with AI systems and technologies, including AI Agents, RAG, Chatbots, Human-in-the-loop AI, Machine Learning (ML), and MLOps
• Experience with large, complex projects is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics
• Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using process and data modeling tools.
• Solid experience in project documentation, including defining workflows, developing business processes, conducting alternatives analysis, performing risk assessments, and providing recommendations.
• Proactive, hardworking, with a high sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Experience in coding is an advantage.
• Experience in designing business processes is a plus
