Business Analyst

• Understand, clarify, and document the requirements from Clients.
• Transform raw requirements specified above into software requirement documents.
• Cooperate closely with technical specialists in design and implementation of solutions.
• Acting as a bridge between the business and IT.
• Working on projects managed in both traditional and agile driven methodologies.
• Writing and maintaining requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.
• Working with design team on product design or designing application wireframe when required.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Good English communication skills, with opportunities to work directly with international clients.
• Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain domains, preferably through involvement in related projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques (e.g., SWOT, BPMN, etc) and tools (FigJam, DrawIO, Miro, Lark docs/wiki or similar).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and digital product lifecycle is preferred.
•  Understanding of credit-card engagement, digital banking & financial service processes, KYC/AML controls, and how loyalty point liabilities are governed.
• Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and agile mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
