Project Manager (HRIS/ Workday/ Banking)

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and project closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate closely with clients, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, development teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, workshops, steering committee meetings, status updates, and client communications.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and ensure all changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented.
•  Facilitate collaboration across functional, technical, and external teams to achieve project milestones.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, Go-live, and Hypercare activities to ensure a smooth and successful system deployment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and high customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
• Provide regular project status reports, risk assessments, issue tracking, and recommendations to management and clients.
• Lead, coach, and support project team members to foster collaboration and high performance.
•  Support pre-sales activities, including project estimation, implementation planning, proposal preparation, and solution consulting when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

•  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, including enterprise software, HRIS, HCM, or ERP implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience managing full project lifecycles using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong experience in managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
•  Ability to work directly with clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and effectively resolve project issues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision, making skills.
• Knowledge of HR business processes, including Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Talent Management, and Performance Management, is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Candidates with prior experience in banking projects will have a significant advantage.
